Our History
Why Homepath Mortgage? Our President has been in the industry since 1985. She has worked as a forensic underwriting auditor with the federal government and private investors; operated several mortgage branches in TN, TX, GA, MS, and AL; and knows every step of a loan from beginning to end. She is able to look at a file and determine what program would be best for a borrower and educate them as to why. Our support staff has over 20 years of combined experience in the industry. Borrowers will be known by their name not a loan number. Being a small lender in the industry has advantages and allows for more personable customer service when it's convenient for the borrower, not Homepath. From the beginning they will know and understand we are here for them.
